Blue Heaven Vidyalaya was established in July 1990 by Smt. Ragini Singh in SFS, Mansarovar . This is the year when residents started settling in the new Mansarovar colony. The school was initially affiliated to Rajasthan Board.Now the School is 10+2 Co-Educational Senior Secondary School affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi with all Faculties of Science,Commerce and Arts.
Smt. Ragini Singh is full time devoted to the cause of imparting basic values with education. Her main cause of success has been that the institution under her guidance has converted Hindi medium students to English medium and risen weaker students to a high level of excellence. Also the school has been providing high quality education at economical fee structure in comparison to all CBSE affiliated schools in Mansarovar.
